As a Home Health RN with Providence at Home with Compassus, you'll help patients recover, manage their health, and remain independent - all from the comfort of their home.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition

• Educate patients and families on their care

• Manage individualized plans of care

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

What You'll Need

• Active RN license

• 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation range: $40.04- $72.09

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
