IT Leader, MES & Shop Floor Ops for Inverter Assembly

Nextpower is seeking a hands-on Sr Manager, IT Inverter Assembly Operations based in Mesa, Arizona, to own all site-level IT. You will lead the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), enhance shop floor integration, and maintain day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in IT roles within manufacturing, strong expertise in MES platforms, and excellent network management skills.
