Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services in a facility setting. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers; make referrals when additional care is required. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s in a related Physical Therapy field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. For candidates whose PT degree was earned outside the U.S., the degree must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus at least five (5) years of progressively responsible PT experience. Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $54.00 – $60.00 /hr.
