We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be integral in delivering high-quality dental hygiene services, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the dental team in providing comprehensive care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Pay

$55,000~$80,000 per year

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Texas.
Proficient knowledge of dental anatomy, general dentistry, and medical terminology.
Strong communication and patient care skills with a compassionate approach.
Ability to accurately document patient information and maintain medical records.
Familiarity with infection control and sterilization procedures.
Experience working in a dental office environment.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations for patients of all ages.
Assess and document patients’ oral health status, including evaluation of gums, teeth, and overall hygiene.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and the importance of routine dental care.
Assist dentists by providing four-handed dentistry support during procedures.
Develop and contribute to individualized patient care plans based on clinical assessments.
Maintain accurate, detailed medical and dental records in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
Support pediatric dental services by creating a comfortable and positive experience for younger patients.
Utilize certifications such as Nitrous Oxide and Sealant application to enhance patient care (preferred).
