Essential functions include:

• Ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions.
• Conducting new employee orientations to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.
• Participating in safety committee, conducting facility walk-through's identifying safety issues.
• Working with management and senior HR in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Assisting in investigations of employee relations issues.
• Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
• Administering performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
• Ensuring plant is FLSA compliant.
• Assisting management in union avoidance activities.
• Conducting training when requested.
• Investigating accidents and preparing reports for insurance carrier.
• Leading monthly "Listening Sessions" with employees.
• Entering new hire paperwork as well as status changes into HRIS system.
• Initial review and submission of payroll.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualifications:
• 6 years – experience in field or similar manufacturing environment
• 6 years – experience in position
• 4 years – experience managing people/projects

• 10+ years – experience in field or similar manufacturing environment
• 10+ years – experience working in position
• 6 years – experience managing people/projects

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field

Typical compensation range:

Pay rate type: Salary $107,514.38 - $153,208.01 / yearly Bonus target: 15% annual
