De functie is gevestigd in Amsterdam.In ons rekrutering en training adviesbureau werken we met verschillende bedrijven in de Luxe, Premium en High Premium sectoren in heel Europa en hebben we kantoren in Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, München en Amsterdam.JOBBESCHRIJVINGVan de B2B Operations Manager wordt verwacht dat hij naadloos schakelt tussen het aanmaken van inkooporders, verkooporders en verkoopfacturen, en voorraad- en magazijnlogistiek;Je staat in nauw contact met klanten (B2B), en met de verschillende afdelingen zoals de supply chain en customer service afdeling om een vlotte en professionele klantenervaring te garanderen;Beheren van alle bestellingen tot aan de uitvoering, op het juiste moment, met een beoogde 100% levering OTIF;Ervoor zorgen dat de gegevens van de klant volledig en accuraat zijn en dat de prijzen in SAP tijdig worden bijgehouden;Ontwikkelen en beheren van hoogwaardige en informatieve rapportages van orders en verkopen, zowel volumetrisch als financieel;Duidelijke normen vaststellen en strategieën toepassen die gericht zijn op deze normen;Ervoor zorgen dat het creditnota proces wordt nageleefd en dat alle kredieten snel worden goedgekeurd en verhoogd zodat alle klantenschulden inbaar zijn;Analyseren en ontwikkelen van rapporten voor de klantenservice en het verkoopteam;Werken in verschillende teams om kennis te delen en ervoor te zorgen dat verkoop en service nooit in het gedrang komen;Managen van een klein customer service team.VEREISTEN :Minimum 5 jaar ervaring als Customer Operations en als teamleider;Ervaring in B2B, wholesale;Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en dit zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands, diplomatie en conflicthantering;Teamplayer met uitstekende timemanagement vaardigheden en zakelijk inzicht;Oplossingsgericht en een proactieve 'can-do' houding;Uitzonderlijk oog voor detail en het vermogen om gegevens snel en nauwkeurig te analyseren;Vereiste IT-vaardigheden: ERP, SAP, IFS, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;Full time van 40 uren kunnen werken;Als u voldoet aan dit profiel en hebt interesse, aarzel dan niet om te solliciteren met uw CVBij Luxe Talent willen we je helpen je doelen te bereiken, daarom bieden we je de meest interessante vacatures in de Fashion, Retail, Luxury en FMCG markt.
