We believe we understand e-commerce advertising better than anybody else and want to turn it into a science of its own that all users can leverage for their programmatic advertising.Our Agency team, is looking for an Agency Account Manager to join the Amazon Ads team based in Amsterdam. As an Agency Account Manager you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise agency and advertiser clients, driving the overall adoption of our programmatic advertising DSP. The Agency Account Manager has expertise in advertising technology and programmatic advertising, and is leveraging this expertise to develop our customers into proficient users. You nurture customer relationships, identify/close revenue driving actions and develop your agency portfolio. Additionally, you will be able to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet your customer’s business goals. This role is highly collaborative, working with Sales, Creative & Product teams. Key job responsibilities• Own the relationship with trading desk managers and provide consultative services such as onboarding, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.• Use knowledge of Amazon Advertising full-funnel ad products and measurement to craft tailored proposals for customers.• Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.• Own all facets of the account management process for agencies, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.• Use first-party and third-party insights to build pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight campaign-level recommendations that lead to revenue outcomes or increased customer satisfaction.• Educate agencies & advertisers on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.• Advocate for customers internally, and utilize internal resources, to drive customer success.Basic qualifications• 3+ year of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles• Experience in programmatic advertising, DSPs, and/or ad tech• Bachelor’s degree or similar• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines• Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers• Passion for always learning and developing new skills• Fluency in Dutch or French & EnglishPreferred qualifications• Work experience in digital media including video, display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development.Basic qualifications- Speak, write, and read fluently in French and EnglishPreferred qualification - Experience within the Dutch or Belgian media landscapeAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
