We accomplish this by employing a remote phone team that handles our inbound call traffic so our in-house service team can engage with and improve our client’s experience. Because of this method our in-house service team stays connected to our clients, their pets, and the medical team constantly. Our highly skilled team is compassionate, happy, and effective.We are seeking experienced veterinary client service representatives who are not afraid to think outside the box and contribute to all aspects of a veterinary practice. Professionals who enjoy being productive in a calm organized environment and who long to feel part of a mid-sized family-oriented team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greeting, intake forms, medical history, and payments Leading busy clinics with 25-30 patients daily Invoicing and checking out clients Phone handling and appointment scheduling Clinic paperwork preparation and organization Animal handling and administration of medications Record keeping and supply management Computer proficiency, including Mac IOS and Google Docs Qualifications/What you should be passionate about Compassion for clients and pets Exceptional customer service and relaying medical information Amazing conflict resolution skills, ability to handle difficult situations firmly but with compassion and kindness Organization and effective execution of daily tasks Strong communication and computer skills Thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment Company Description While we are renowned for our expertise in dentistry, we also handle a substantial number of general wellness appointments daily, ensuring a well-rounded veterinary experience for our team.
