Duties
Provides managerial oversight of Headquarters program development and engineering activities, ensuring that USAFA complies with legal, regulatory, and higher headquarters requirements and meets customer needs.
Provides managerial oversight for MILCON design and third-party funded design and construction.
Represents USAFA with a variety of headquarters, installation, and functional area organizations.
