About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to take on a high-impact leadership role. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, business-oriented HR leader with a background in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial environments. This role is not suited for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, or non-operational backgrounds. The VP of HR will be responsible for advising the Division President and Executive Leadership Team on talent and organizational strategy, leading HR across a multi-site operation, and driving talent acquisition, development, and succession planning. Additionally, the role involves partnering on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building, overseeing performance management and compensation strategy, and leading change initiatives tied to growth and transformation. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, and at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership on business performance and experience in a publicly traded or large, complex company. The role requires a strategic thinker who can align talent strategy with business results and is adept at driving people strategy across a multi-site industrial footprint.
