Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to provide direct, consultative, and indirect OT services
• Skilled in evaluation, selection, and monitoring of adaptive equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to supervise therapy assistants as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services for identified students across seven counties
• Design and implement therapy programs for educational access
• Train and support educational staff in therapy strategies
• Evaluate and monitor adaptive equipment for student use
• Document progress, attend team meetings, and manage caseload
• Provide supervision for therapy assistants
