Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based opportunity supporting students’ educational access and participation. This contract occupational therapy position offers a full-time schedule aligned with the academic year (189 days, 40 hours per week), beginning August 24, 2026. Located near Terrebonne, OR, you’ll work primarily from the Manzanita Building and have the chance to make a difference across seven counties served through this regional program.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment evaluation and monitoring
• Skilled in developing and implementing student-centered programs
• Strong collaboration and consultative abilities with staff, students, and families
• Ability to supervise and mentor therapy assistants as required
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assessing students to determine needs for occupational therapy services, including direct and consultative interventions
• Delivering tailored OT programs supporting students’ IEP goals and facilitating improved educational access
• Providing training and guidance for educational staff implementing therapy strategies
• Evaluating and selecting appropriate adaptive equipment for students, and tracking its effective use
• Consulting with teachers, families, and district staff throughout seven counties to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate documentation to monitor progress and compliance
• Offering supervision and support to occupational therapy assistants as part of your caseload
