Production Coordinator

Entire Studios is looking for a highly organized and driven Production Coordinator to join our production team. This is a critical role for someone who understands the full lifecycle of apparel — from lab dip to landed delivery — and thrives on keeping complex, multi-vendor timelines on track. You'll serve as the operational backbone between our Design and Technical Design teams and our overseas manufacturing partners, ensuring every stage of production moves with precision and accountability. What You'll Do Manage daily communication with domestic and overseas manufacturers, keeping production timelines on track and vendors aligned across all submission stages — lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and sampling (prototype, fit, PP, and TOP). Own and maintain weekly WIP reports across the vendor base, flagging risks and escalating delays proactively to the Head of Production. Coordinate 3rd-party QC inspections and audit vendor packing lists for accuracy. Manage PO updates within our internal ordering system. Support the approval process for bulk fabric, trims, washes, and accessories, maintaining organized physical and digital records of all standards. Work cross-functionally with Design and Technical Design to track development progress, process PP/TOP samples, and ensure tech packs and fit comments are delivered on time. Liaise with Logistics to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of bulk production. Who You Are 2–3 years of experience in apparel production, with direct exposure to offshore suppliers in Asia. A degree in Fashion or equivalent industry experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and inventory management systems (Cin7 a plus). An exceptional communicator — clear, professional, and proactive — who can manage multiple priorities without losing the detail.
