Physical Therapist (PT) — Holyoke, Massachusetts

Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts
Compensation: Up to $63 per hour based on unit rate
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Hours: Monday–Friday
Weekend Rotation: None
Setting: Mobile Outpatient Therapy
Travel Radius: Approximately 25 minutes around Framingham

You'll provide individualized outpatient care in a mobile environment, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships and deliver therapy where patients are most comfortable.

With 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, and no weekend rotation , this position offers an attractive combination of flexibility, autonomy, and professional fulfillment.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient treatment plans

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in a mobile setting

• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, home programs, and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Manage travel between patient locations within the designated service area

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Comfortable providing care in a mobile outpatient environment

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient locations
