Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Marshallville, Georgia
Compensation: $44.08–$48.44/hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Weekend Rotation: None

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Marshallville, Georgia . As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals

• Treat patients through therapeutic exercise, functional activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care focused on meaningful functional outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team
