HR Director

We have been retained by a global organisation at the forefront innovation to appoint a strategic HR Director to lead its People and Organisational Development agenda across North America & LATAM. Reporting into the global People leadership function, this role will act as a critical business partner to the regional executive team, shaping culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness as the business continues to scale.

The Opportunity:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and senior leadership, driving a people strategy that supports growth, innovation, and performance.
Lead regional initiatives across organisational design, talent attraction and development, total rewards, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with global Centres of Excellence to deliver aligned HR programmes and best practices.
Oversee HR operations and benefits delivery across the Americas.
Use data and insights to inform strategic workforce decisions and strengthen organisational health.

Your Profile:

Demonstrable HR leadership experience, ideally within a high growth manufacturing business that has seen rapid expansion.
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and building high-performing teams through transformation and growth.
Strong expertise across organisational development, leadership capability, and talent management.
Commercially astute, with exceptional communication and emotional intelligence.
