At Access Data, we are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join a fast-paced finance team supporting planning, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives for our financial client. This role will play a key part in delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and building reporting infrastructure for technology-driven programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative, high-impact environment. 12-month W2 contract (potential to extend) Hybrid requirement (3 days/week in office) - initially will be fully onsite for training for the first 1-2 months Office location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) Only considering Atlanta Metro candidates Target Pay Rate: $33.00/hr Full-time hours, not a part-time contract opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting Support corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Assist with annual and long-range financial planning Partner with business units, operating segments, and functional teams
• Reporting & Analysis Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports and business metrics Perform variance analysis on a monthly (and potentially weekly) basis Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
• Initiative & KPI Tracking Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for technology and tech-dependent initiatives Track financial actuals across multiple initiatives Partner with initiative owners to monitor KPIs and milestone progress
• Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality Support automation and enhancement of financial tools and processes

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training related to financial systems and tools Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or similar
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
