Full-time; 40 hours/week Schedule: 4-10's or 5-8's Near Loop 202/ Priest Drive Tempe, AZ SMI AZ FNP License Required Certification Required FNP Experience Preferred NextGen Experience is a PLUS Salary Range:MSN: $115K-$120K+ DOE; DNP: $129K+ Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish,Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL:$3/hour ($6240 annually) Duties include: Performs independently or as a part of a treatment team. Conducts physicals/check-ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders lab tests, general and preventative care, medication prescribing and monitoring, and individual treatment and case consultation. Performs the important task of educating patients about preventative care, wellness activities and prescribed treatments. Provides leadership and cohesion within the clinic environment, and may provide direct supervision to other professional and/or non- professional medical staff, and students. Participates in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, makes referrals appropriately for specialty and behavioral health care.
