Aesthetics Leader

Help Build the Next Wing of a 5-Star Med Spa

11 North Aesthetics  |  Fernandina Beach, FL (Amelia Island / Jacksonville area)

Full-Time · W-2 · On-Site · Monday–Friday Daytime · No Weekends

NP/PA: $60–$80/hour based on directly relevant experience, plus performance incentives and a bonus structure tied to the revenue and patient volume you build

MD/DO: compensation based on experience, clinical scope, and schedule

What You'll Do

• Lead wellness and aesthetics consultations — reviewing patient history, goals, and treatment options to build individualized care plans

• Deliver and grow injectable services (neurotoxins and dermal fillers), our signature XERF and ULTRA treatments, and our exclusive body contouring services, based on your training and patient demand

• Build long-term, trust-based patient relationships through education and personalized follow-up

• Work closely with our founder and clinical team to help lead the practice's next phase of growth

• If you bring experience in hormone optimization (HRT/BHRT/TRT), medical weight loss, GLP-1s, or peptide therapy — help us launch and lead an entirely new wellness service line, a ground-floor opportunity for the right provider

• Help sustain the five-star patient experience 11 North is known for

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain one before start)

• Experience with aesthetic injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) strongly preferred

• Comfort operating with a high degree of clinical autonomy and sound independent judgment

• A plus: experience in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, GLP-1s, peptides, or functional medicine — we're looking to expand into this space with the right leader

• Confidence reviewing patient history, educating patients, prescribing within scope, and owning the full patient relationship

• A polished, people-first presence and the drive to help lead a growing program
