We’re hiring a VP of Operations to take a strong company to its next level

You will be trusted to make decisions, shape culture, and raise the standard. You will work with experienced people who care about the product, the customer, and each other.

Margin matters here. So does pride. So does doing the right thing when a customer needs us.

What you’ll own

• The path from sold project to 5-star customer experience.

• Scheduling, engineering, production, installation, and customer service.

• Gross profit performance.

• Building a scalable operating model with disciplined growth.

• Team accountability without micromanagement.

What success looks like

• Projects are completed and go in “On Time – Every Time”

• Customers feel informed, cared for, and listened to.

• Systemic issues are resolved by identifying their root cause and instituting lasting solutions.

• Growth is controlled vs chaotic, and deliverables never compromised.

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading managers, craftspeople, installers, and support teams.

• Ownership mindset - you want influence, responsibility, and to make a measurable impact.

• Financial fluency - you can read a P&L statement and connect it to the shop and field.

• Change leadership style – Ability to influence and inspire action in others and respond with vision and agility.

• Customer-First focus – you drive profitability through stellar execution and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations leadership.

• Proven improvement in process, margin, schedule, completion, or team performance.

• Comfort leading in a hands-on, high-detail business.

• Degree helpful; equivalent experience valued.
