This role is pivotal in shaping the operational strategy and infrastructure of the company, with a focus on overseeing and optimizing operational processes to support ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of efficiency, scalability, and a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in operations, particularly in the technology or construction sectors. Experience in leading operations within a company that deals with physical products, preferably in the field of robotics, is a significant advantage. The role requires strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of enhancing operational effectiveness. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential, as is experience in implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
