About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting a predictable and scalable revenue engine that integrates Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This executive will be the key figure in setting the strategy, building the team and systems, and ensuring operational rigor as the company expands. The role involves owning the business rhythm across forecasting, analytics, systems, process design, and pipeline governance, and leading the Revenue Operations function. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy within the B2B SaaS sector, with a proven track record of supporting high-growth enterprise sales motions and scaling GTM operations through hypergrowth. Key responsibilities for the VP, Revenue Operations include forecasting and planning, team leadership, process and funnel optimization, systems and data management, cross-functional alignment, and driving insights and strategy. The role requires a strategic operator with strong leadership skills, the ability to design scalable processes, and a deep understanding of funnel metrics and SaaS KPIs. The candidate should be an exceptional communicator, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, and be adept at executive and board-level storytelling. The company is looking for a relentless builder who sets a high bar and consistently delivers excellence, and who is passionate about the mission to prevent security incidents.
