Coordinator, TV Business Affairs

Summary of Position Lionsgate has an opening for a Coordinator to support the EVP, Head of Television Business Affairs. This opportunity provides an excellent learning experience for an individual with a strong interest in the business side of television.Responsibilities Efficiently support a busy executive responsible for negotiating deals for scripted television Handle all administrative responsibilities for the executive including expense reporting, scheduling all meetings, coordinating conference calls, and greeting all visiting guests) Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondence Maintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department Depending on skill, educational level and interest, assistant will gain experience drafting and commenting on agreements Qualifications and Skills 1 Year of related experience, working in film or television The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while handling competing priorities Strong Interest in the Business side of Television Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Adobe suite A college degree with an emphasis in Business preferred Additional Requirements This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
