Job Description Overview: Join a dynamic healthcare team modeled after NUCA, a pioneering tribal health setup in Alaska. We offer integrated care for adolescents, pediatric, and adult patients in a spacious, collaborative environment. You'll work alongside dedicated RNs, behavioral therapists, and physical therapists, with onsite labs and a family resource center available. Shifts and Responsibilities: Ideal shifts are 5-8 hours long to accommodate patient needs. Conduct intake sessions: 90 minutes for adults, 60 minutes for adolescents and pediatric patients, and 20 minutes for updates as cases develop. Manage a growing caseload with multiple intakes per day. Serve both Medicare and commercial payers. Requirements We value flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative approach. Newer NPs are encouraged to apply, with attention to graduation dates (e.g., nursing in 2018, NP in 2020). PMHNP license Benefits Competitive salary: $140,000 - $145,000 annually.
