HR Operations Specialist - Night Shift, Payroll & Policy

Chewy is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Administrator for our Belton, MO location. This role involves providing administrative support in HR, conducting employee orientations, maintaining records, and processing payroll adjustments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of HR experience, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
