Client Services Coordinator - Detail‑Oriented Admin (Mon-Fri)

Job Title: Client Service Associate Pay: $21/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Associate to support our Client Services Department. This role involves clerical support, customer communication, and coordination of service requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Client Services Department, including data entry and general office duties Assist in coordinating all phases of client service requirements, including: Reviewing client specifications Creating work orders Preparing internal documentation Developing customer samples Tracking project milestones Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and confirm important details such as: Order information Tracking numbers Login and password assistance Shipping costs Perform filing, scanning, and maintain organized records Collect and manage returned mail data as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, document management) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, document management) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Staffing
