Job Overview:

We are hiring a CNC Lathe Operator to join PMC's machine shop. This role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes for precision machining. The ideal candidate will have
experience reading blueprints, adjusting tooling offsets, and inspecting workpieces for tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce custom machine parts.
• Read blueprints and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Perform tooling adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Use precision measurement instruments to inspect parts.
• Troubleshoot and correct deviations in real time.
• Conversational Programming

Qualifications:
Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-precision environment.
