Program Manager

As a Customer Program Manager - Boeing Defense Sustainment at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer sustainment programs in defense & space. You will be responsible for managing and delivering customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. This position is responsible for serving as a Sustainment Program Manager for Honeywell's business supporting the Boeing platform by helping to drive on-time delivery, improve operational & program efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and support business growth. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the execution of program objectives, including on-time delivery Drive cross functional activities to solve complex customer problems Identify and mitigate program risks and issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Boeing to ensure program success Provide leadership and guidance to the program teams Negotiate and Close OE & Spares, Engineering, and R&O contracts Delivers business commitments in accordance with AOP/STRAP Manage program within scope, schedule, and budget U.S. Citizenship Requirement Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. You must have Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related customer-facing roles 2+ years supply chain experience Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies Experience managing customer programs with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We Value Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Master's degree in Business, or related field Experience in a global organization Strong negotiation and influencing skill The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $175,000.
