The Role As a Director on our Advisor Business Development team, you'll build relationships with experienced financial advisors and teams and guide them from first conversation to signed agreement. This is a senior individual contributor seat for someone who has built pipeline the hard way, knows how to run a long sales cycle with sophisticated buyers, and wants their results reflected in their paycheck.
