Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Missouri City, TX . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Representative while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

• Shift: Sunday - Saturday 10am - 7pm (Candidate will have 2 off days every week which are rotating)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
