RN Supervisor

Overview Fowler Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM. Status: Full-Time. Position Description The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the night shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising nursing staff, and serving as the clinical leader for the facility during assigned hours. Qualifications Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Acute Care are preferred but not required. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state. Responsibilities Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment. Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the care strategy. Collaborate with the resident and members of the healthcare team. Record the administration of medication or any change in patient condition. Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed in accordance with state and government regulations and facility safety procedures. Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies. Performs other duties as directed.
