CNC Machinist
Location: Buellton, CA
Starting Pay: $75,000.00 Salary
Schedule: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and schedule CNC operators, setup technicians, and machinists.
·Oversee production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
·Support complex setups, first-article inspections, fixture design, and troubleshooting.
·Program, edit, and optimize CNC code using GibbsCAM.
·Verify compliance with blueprints, customer requirements, and GD&T standards.
·Enforce safety standards and oversee preventative machine maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
·CNC machining experience, including horizontal/vertical mills and multi-axis lathes.
·Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring tools, and shop math.
·Experience machining alloy steels, aluminum, and cast iron castings.
·Ability to work on the shop floor and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
