Bulk Order Puller

USD $22.00/Hr. - Job SummaryThe Bulk Order Puller is responsible for picking daily bulk foods orders at the Distribution Center for Natural Grocers. The order puller uses a RF gun and electric rider pallet jack to pull product, palletize, and label the finished pallets for shipment to our stores. The order pullers work together with Grocery, Shipping and other warehouse departments by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30 PM; must be flexible with hours around holiday schedules.Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.09/11/2026ResponsibilitiesReads and follows priorities for daily picking schedulePicks bulk product orders from SAP reports using RF scannerResponsible for efficiently filling store orders, properly palletizing for stability, and delivering pallets to the staging area in a safe and efficient mannerResponsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filledInspects material handling equipment at start of shift; completes daily inspection reportPerforms daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties; completes quality forms assigned to areaAll work areas must be kept clean and free of debris; forklift paths kept clear of wood, plastic, and other debrisPerform all tasks in a manner that promotes safetyMay be assigned to other warehouse duties as neededAlthough this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent is requiredMinimum 1 year prior order pulling / warehouse experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal work instructions as providedElectric riding pallet jack experience preferredGood attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environmentFlexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needsMust be reliable and on time every dayAble to work in seasonally warm or cool environmentAble to assist in other departments as neededBasic Computer Experience - Data Entry requiredThis job description is not an employment contract. Environmental Requirements:Must be able to frequently work with noise throughout the duration of the shift.Must be able to occasionally work in cold, heat, sharp tools and equipment, contact stress, and in a congested worksite.
