VP, Data/Business Analyst (Campaign), Consumer Banking Group Regional Data Chapter, Transformation and Data, Group COO

The Consumer Banking Group (CBG) Data Chapter is dedicated to making data-driven decisions to transform how CBG operates. We believe that leveraging data and business intelligence is crucial for achieving significant growth.

Campaign Analyst will drive end-to-end execution and measurement of client campaigns for DBS Private Bank and Treasures Private Client franchise, ensuring the right message reaches the right client at the right time through the right channel. This role sits with the Regional Wealth Data Chapter team, responsible for translating and executing business strategies into targeted Next-Best-Nudges (NBNs) such as eDMs, eNotes etc. and Next-Best-Conversations (NBCs) with RMs. The role holder will also own campaign effectiveness measurement, building closed-loop attribution from campaign send through to client action and revenue impact.

• Manage PBTPC campaign demand and delivery, prioritizing business requests, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely campaign deployment through a structured weekly cadence.
• Monitor campaign readiness and governance compliance, ensuring timely collection of required artefacts, stakeholder reviews, and approvals prior to campaign launch.
• Maintain campaign tracking and governance in Control Tower, ensuring accurate configuration, performance measurement, reporting integrity, and visibility of key campaign outcomes.
• Co-own the NBN governance framework with business stakeholders, ensuring governance standards, business rules, and documentation remain current, formally endorsed, and consistently applied.
• Lead campaign performance reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to enhance outcomes
• Design and implement multi-channel engagement frameworks aligned with business priorities and client experience goals. 
• Build and apply Python and CMP expertise to automate workflows, accelerate insight generation, and support campaign optimization.

• At least 10 years of experience in analytics, campaign management, or digital marketing within financial services, supported by a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in applying advanced analytics, and data-driven methodologies to enhance client engagement, campaign effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Python, with exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), campaign management platforms (e.g., HCL Unica, Interact), and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense).
• Working knowledge of Wealth Management platforms such as Avaloq and T24 is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, and the management of large and complex datasets.
• Familiarity with use of machine learning for client engagement is an added advantage.
