As a Product Designer in DBSʼ Consumer Banking Group, youʼll shape the digital banking experience for millions of customers across the region. Youʼll join Group Design to turn complex financial journeys into joyful, trustworthy experiences that people rely on every day, enabling them to live more and bank less.

Youʼll be responsible in designing key end-to-end customer journeys on our banking platform. Youʼll partner with business, technolgy, and research to define problems and shape solutions that move key metrics and uplift the experience. You bring strong product thinking, visual craft, and systems‑level design to raise the quality bar for the team and the broader CBG experience.

You’ll be part of a focused Digital Channel team, a small, high‑impact group responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end experience across our key digital touchpoints – including our mobile and web platforms. This team plays a critical role in ensuring quality, consistency, and coherence across journeys, setting the bar for how DBS shows up to customers every day. You’ll work across product areas to connect experiences, raise design standards, and drive a seamless, trusted banking experience at scale.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape the end‑to‑end design of key journeys, from opportunity framing and discovery through to shipped product and post‑launch iteration. 
• Turn customer insights, competitive analysis and data into clear product bets, experience principles, and design decisions that move customer and business outcomes. 
• Design at multiple fidelities – from rough storyboards and flows to high‑polish UI and motion – to help teams think, decide, and ship at speed. Work closely with business and technology to shape roadmaps, scope solutions, and de‑risk complexity early with prototypes and experiments. 
• Contribute to and extend our design systems so experiences feel coherent across channels while meeting accessibility and regulatory requirements. 
• Champion UX quality in the team: hold high design quality that connect design to commercial impact, and help others make better decisions with design. 
• Collaborate with research to plan, conduct, and synthesise studies; bring the voice of the customer into everyday decisions, not just big projects. 

• Have 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work that improved customer outcomes and key metrics 
• Think in systems: you map complex journeys, define mental models, and design patterns that scale across products and markets. 
• Bring strong product thinking and visual craft: you frame problems, explore options, and land clear, well‑crafted solutions that connect to strategy 
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior partners and other designers, explaining the “why”, bringing teams along, and influencing decisions beyond your immediate team 
• Navigate ambiguity and constraints with confidence, structuring messy problems, making trade‑offs explicit, following through after launch, and always advocating for customer experience. 
• You have enough curiosity and drive to stay savvy about the industry and design trends. 

• You enjoy working in a tight‑knit, diverse team where people bring different backgrounds and perspectives, and use that mix to push the work further 
• You have worked in the fintech industry, banking or similar complex sector 
• You actively contribute to the UX community.
