Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Fayetteville, NC

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLPA license is required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech Language Pathologists with planning and delivering therapy sessions as designed for each student
• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) under supervision and collect data to support student progress
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services addressing speech, language, and communication challenges
• Support the documentation of therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records
• Foster productive, positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and IEP reviews as needed
