AssemblerLocation: Dexter, MI 48130 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr, paid weekly Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Overtime: Weekly overtime and Saturday availability expected Duration: 1-Year Contract Must HaveAttention to detailPrecise motor skillsSmall-part assembly experienceNice to HaveBasic computer skillsCleanroom experienceSAP experienceResponsibilitiesPerform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.Assemble components such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.Follow visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.Set up initial layouts and use hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and other assembly equipment.Perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies.Conduct quality inspections on the production line according to established quality specifications.Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as required.Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.QualificationsBasic knowledge of production-related systems and procedures is preferred.Entry-level candidates are welcome; no previous experience is required.Ability to perform detailed and precise assembly work.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a production environment.BenefitsHealth insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
