Epiroc is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to producing high-quality products that meet Epiroc's standards for safety, reliability, and performance. Work Type (Onsite): This position will be based onsite at our Dexter, MI facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship Shift Timings: 4:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Responsibilities: Layout, position, align, and fit components into the welding fixture as instructed. Set up the gas shield, MIG-weld, and weld parts to job specifications. Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and welding symbols to complete job assignments. Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders to perform job tasks. Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment. Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental procedures, policies, and practices. Any other duties that fall within the employee’s capabilities. Knowledge/Education: A minimum of 1 year’s experience. Demonstrated skill level in wire feed (MIG) welding. Excellent critical thinking, communication, problem‑solving skills, and interpersonal skills. Skills and Abilities: Ability to read tape measures and blueprints. Ability to read and understand work order routings and instructions. Ability to lay out parts using weld fixtures. Referral Bonus Available Know someone who’d be a great fit for this role?
