What We Offer: $70–$85 per visit Weekly pay + direct deposit Flexible schedule – you set your visits Travel pay between cases One-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes Work with a Joint Commission accredited agency What You’ll Do: Evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and provide skilled PT treatments Collaborate with physicians & the Director of Nursing Teach patients, families, and caregivers safe mobility & exercise techniques Monitor progress, document outcomes, and support discharge planning What We Require: Master’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active NJ PT license + CPR/BLS certification Minimum 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred) Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care Be part of a team where you’re valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference—one patient at a time.
