Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival using standardized procedures.
• Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license for the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of ED experience.
• Current BLS, ALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Meditech EMR system.
