This position requires a seasoned leader who understands organizational leadership and can evaluate decisions through a strategic lens that considers scalability, sustainability, and institutional strength. The Head of School will help articulate and build the systems, rhythms, and structures that enable the school to grow with health and integrity. The role will primarily provide consistent operational leadership for faculty, staff, paraprofessionals, and students, ensuring that every layer of the organization reflects excellence, mission, and care. They will also partner closely with the CEO, Board, leadership team, advancement office, and community stakeholders, offering clear direction and nurturing strong internal alignment.
