This full-time, in-person contract offers the chance to work across a range of ages and abilities during the academic year from August 17th, 2026, through June 2nd, 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide diagnostic evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate student records, track progress, and prepare required reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for ongoing student support
• Provide consultative support for classroom strategies and accommodations
