Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to elementary students with a range of needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop IEP goals and intervention strategies
- Conduct evaluations, document progress, and maintain accurate records per school regulations
- Provide consultative support and education to staff and families as needed
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages each student’s growth and success
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Illinois
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with flexible, short-term contract arrangements
