Desired Qualifications:

• Active clinical license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Active educator license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
• Previous experience working in a school-based OT setting is preferred
• Ability to complete required background checks and fingerprinting in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse student caseload
• Rotate between multiple school sites (elementary through high school)
• Collaborate with education teams to support student progress and IEP implementation
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state, district, and school policies
