Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

Location: Greensboro, NC 27401 

️ Start Date: June 22, 2026 

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse
• Licensure: Active RN license (North Carolina or compact state)
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Charting System: Epic – Required
• Vaccinations: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines (Medical/Religious exemptions only)

Core Skills & Responsibilities

• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and EKG testing
• Interpretation of laboratory results
• Medication reconciliation
• Patient health questionnaire, history, and allergy documentation
• Vital signs monitoring (BP, respirations, temperature, pulse)
• Dressing changes and sterile procedure setup
• Specimen collection and labeling (capillary, throat, urine – UA clean catch, phlebotomy)
• Telephone triage, pharmacy calls, and patient refill requests

Specialized Care Experience

• Neurological conditions: CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, generalized debility
• Inpatient rehabilitation for post-stroke, aneurysm, and post-op surgical patients
• Providing specialized care tailored to rehabilitation needs

Work Setting

• Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Department
