Windsor Lane Health Care of Gibsonburg is an 89-bed Skilled Nursing facility located at 355 Windsor Lane in Gibsonburg, Ohio. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with shifts available in the afternoons or midnights. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to bariatric and geriatric patients in a long-term care setting Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities Full-Time or Part-Time.
