Location: Southern Westchester, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary + discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package

A growing global organization is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support the execution of domestic and international customer orders across a fast-paced, supply chain-driven business. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through delivery and post-shipment follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, transportation providers, sales teams, accounting, and credit departments.
• Monitor order status, production schedules, inventory availability, and shipment timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers or business operations.
• Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage multiple orders, deadlines, and customer requests in a fast-moving environment.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation, order details, and shipment information.
• Support both domestic and international logistics activities, including import/export coordination where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer operations, trade services, order management, fulfillment, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing orders from inception through completion with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly as business needs change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems.
