Staffing Times Day Shift: 7a-3:30p, Evening Shift: 3p-11:30p, Night Shift: 11p-7:30a Summary Resident Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well‑being of residents and document the same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards. Responsibilities Performs personal care tasks for residents Provides exceptional customer service to each and every resident Observes and records resident condition information Transfers and/or lifts residents Carries out universal precautions Complies with all aspects of Resident Rights Qualifications High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience. Must have current certification in CPR/First Aid training or be open to getting it shortly upon hire.
