Hospitality-Driven Multifamily Community Manager
Urban Genesis
Urban Genesis is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to run our multifamily property like a business with a hospitality mindset. You will lead the on-site team, know residents, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction is personal, responsive, and professional. You will own leasing momentum, budget performance, NOI, and occupancy while delivering a concierge resident experience from tour to move-out.
