Key responsibilities of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist include:

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans, DAT scans, and SPECT CT
• Handle patient care for Cardiac, GI, Pulmonary, and Oncology patients
• Operate GE equipment efficiently in a hospital setting
• Maintain clear communication and interpersonal relations with patients and staff
• Start IVs and manage patient workflow independently

Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist include:

• BLS certification
• NMTCB certified
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Nuclear Medicine
• Experience with EPIC, GE, McKesson PACS, and Nuc Trak systems
• Ability to work with the defined patient types and volumes
